1st game review: Snake

Summary of the game
Snake is a game where the snake has to try and eat as many apples as possible without crashing into walls and eating its own tale.

The genre of this game is unique because it is a genre which is made within itself (snake is the genre)

- I liked the way I was instantly engaged into the game (entertaining)
- I liked the way the box was an average size so it wasn't too easy or too difficult
- I liked the way it was easy to control (keys weren't too difficult to understand)

3 things you didn't like
- I didn't like the way there weren't difficulty levels on the game (this would have made it more challenging and interesting)
- I didn't like the way the game had no music (would have been more engaging in my opinion)
- I didn't like the colour choice of the box (perhaps having black would make it more challenging)


2nd game review: Swing Out

Summary of the game
Swing out is a game based around the tv show 'the amazing world of gumball'. The game is to try and land onto different platforms by swinging on a rope and clicking the screen when you want to land.

The genre of this game is adventure with a hint of action

- I liked how realistic the platforms looked
- I liked the colour of the rope used (unique choice)
- I liked the way its using characters from a tv show

- I didn't like the way there was no music (could have made it more engaging)
- I didn't like the way that there were no sound effects
